This comprehensive brand identity project centered on creating a visual system that embodies transparency, innovation, and empowerment for individuals navigating the legal system without traditional legal representation.

The legal industry has long been perceived as complex, intimidating, and exclusive. Traditional legal services create barriers for everyday people who need to represent themselves in court cases. The challenge was to create a brand identity that would:

  • Communicate trustworthiness and professionalism in a highly regulated industry
  • Feel approachable and empowering rather than intimidating

The brand strategy centered on the concept of "Open Justice" – not just as a name, but as a fundamental philosophy of making legal processes transparent, accessible, and fair for everyone.

The identity needed to bridge the gap between cutting-edge AI technology and human-centered legal advocacy.

Logo Design & Concept

The logomark features an iconic O letterform that serves as both the initial letter of “Open” and a powerful symbolic representation of the brand’s core values:

Openness – The circular form represents transparency and accessibility, breaking down barriers between people and the legal system.

Infinity – The endless loop suggests unlimited potential and continuous support for users throughout their legal journey.

Completeness – The closed circle represents wholeness and self-sufficiency, empowering individuals to handle their legal matters independently.

The lettermark stands confidently on its own while integrating seamlessly with the wordmark, creating a versatile identity system suitable for digital platforms, legal documents, and professional communications.

Colour Strategy

Modern Technology Green serves as the primary brand colour, carefully selected to:

  • Convey growth, progress, and positive change in the legal landscape
  • Represent trust and reliability without the intimidating formality of traditional legal blues
