What to check before you book
Three things separate a usable Vietnamese production partner from a cheap one: whether the crew works in English end to end, whether they can read and apply your brand guidelines rather than improvising, and whether post-production happens in-house to a standard your Australian team can sign off remotely. Portfolio beauty is table stakes; process discipline is the differentiator.
Factory and capability films
For brands whose Australian customers or investors want to see the manufacturing story, an industrial film shot at your Vietnamese facility is one of the highest-leverage content assets available: supplier credibility, recruitment, trade shows and investor updates from a single shoot. It is also the asset most often done badly by generalist crews unfamiliar with factory environments.
