Victor Tavitian is a commercial strategist, venture builder, and creative operator running concurrent leadership roles across technology, media, design, and emerging platforms. As Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer of TDS Australia, he drives business development, client relationships, and the operational architecture that connects creative strategy to commercial outcomes. His career reflects a consistent pattern: building and scaling organisations across sectors, then connecting them into ecosystems where each venture strengthens the others.

Victor’s path to design and technology leadership began in an unexpected place. He graduated from Moore Theological College in Sydney with a Bachelor of Theology — a foundation that sharpened his capacity for rigorous thinking, ethical reasoning, and persuasive communication. Where most operators come from business or engineering backgrounds, Victor’s theological training gave him something different: a framework for understanding people, purpose, and the moral dimension of building organisations. That foundation underpins everything he does, from the way he builds client relationships to the values embedded in every venture he leads.

Victor co-founded Tokyo Design Studio Australia with Jess Trần Tavitian in 2017. As COO, he manages operations, finances, and business development while also leading the agency’s video production division — directing, producing, and editing all video content from concept through post-production. Under his operational leadership, TDS Australia has grown from a two-person studio into a multi-disciplinary agency delivering brand design, web design, graphic design, video production, and campaign design for clients across Australia and internationally. The agency was recognised with a DesignRush Best Logo Design award in 2024 and an IDA International Design Awards Honourable Mention in 2025.

Beyond TDS Australia, Victor holds CEO and executive positions across multiple technology and media ventures. As CEO of Everthread Technology, he leads a health technology platform at the intersection of wellbeing and digital product design. 

Victor’s portfolio extends into publishing and governance. He serves as CEO of Ex Nihilo Magazine, an editorial platform exploring creation, meaning, and identity through a faith and culture lens, and as CMO of Design Magazine Australia, driving audience growth and commercial strategy for one of Australia’s leading independent design publications. He sits on the board of the Dalgarno Institute, contributing governance and strategic counsel to an organisation focused on community health advocacy.

Victor is also Co-Founder of Tavitian Tran Loucas, a brand and technology consulting firm where he leads commercial strategy, business development, and the operational architecture connecting advisory engagements to client outcomes. His breadth of executive experience — spanning health tech, blockchain, gaming, AI security, publishing, and creative services — gives TTL a rare ability to advise across sectors from lived operational experience rather than theoretical frameworks.
